So you’re ready to take the plunge and get in on what everyone is talking about. How do you chose which is the right CrossFit gym for you?

We offer a full Free CrossFit week because it’s important that you get the best experience possible. We have so much to offer that we can’t possibly show you in one class. You’ll also always get a coach’s undivided attention in your first class but will you still get it after you commit to a year’s contract? You need to see for yourself and one class just doesn’t cut it.

 

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

No two people are alike yet we are all equally important and should be given equal amounts of attention in and out of a class setting. Our eldest member is 73 years young and our youngest is 3 years old. No matter who you are, you WILL get our undivided attention and we will work with you to make sure that you are getting the best fitness program possible and a serious “job well done” before you leave. We are also the only gym that incorporates all kinds of functional fitness, like our obstacles, bootcamp and power lifting classes, because we believe they add another dimension to your workouts and provide even better results.

BEFORE YOU START

Everyone is always at a different physical level and no two people do the same thing therefore there is absolutely no reason to “get ready” to start CrossFit. Keep in mind that we work according to our capabilities which progresses over time and no 2 days are alike. In fact, there is no better way to get ready than to come for your free week and work at your own pace. If you want a buddy then let us know!

What to look for in a “box”

The most important decision is picking a gym is “fit”. We’re not talking about being “fit”. That comes later. You will spend a fair number of hours per week working out and in most cases you will have to make an annual commitment. Don't get stuck somewhere where you aren’t happy. Secondly you want to look at the level of coaching and programming. This can be challenging if you are new to CrossFit. Do your research and ask around. Maybe you know someone who has been doing CrossFit who can give you some pointers. You want to additionally make sure that whomever is coaching you is really focusing on your technique. It doesn’t matter if you are new or a veteran, we all lose technique when we are fatigued.

SIGNING UP

If you loved your free week and want more, we offer two streams. You can commit to a year or pay as you go monthly. This includes choosing from CrossFit, bootcamp, open gym and obstacle workouts on Saturdays, and from any of our unique Zumba or Yoga classes. Other options are also available, but you don't have to figure it all out on your own. We’ll work with you and what your interesting in to decide on the best options.

If for whatever reason this isn’t for you, then we simply ask that you fill in the survey link provided to you by email during your first class before the 7 days is up. You are free to go!
