We help prepare our kids for life's exciting challenges.

Our kids have so much untapped creative energy. That’s why we have a 3000 sq. ft. dedicated space just for them filled with mats, balls, rings, climbing ropes, monkey bars, obstacles and more for them to explore! This space is private and separated from the adults to ensure their safety and your peace of mind. A place where they can run, jump and be themselves.

WHAT IS CROSSFIT KIDS?

CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely and absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of kids. The CrossFit Kids program teaches proper form and mechanics in functional and athletic movements in classes that are different every day with a focus on FUN. Our program teaches children to love fitness by making fitness fun and accessible for all. Each child is instructed at his or her level, allowing each child to experience challenge and reward in every class.

Coexiste CrossFit Kids trains children to be generally physically prepared, encompassing all ten general physical skills (strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, speed, agility, power, cardiovascular endurance, and accuracy) and in doing so prepares them for the demands of life.

Our CrossFit Kids classes cover ages 3 to 18 and include a dynamic warm up, skill development, a workout, and every class finishes with a game. Our 3-5yrs and 6-9yrs class lasts approximately 30 minutes long. Our 10-13 runs 60 minutes and our CrossFit Teens 14+ is one hour in length 3+ times a week.

WHY CROSSFIT FOR KIDS?

CrossFit is great for kids because it combines a wide variety of disciplines such as coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, strength and endurance. When kids are exposed to these physical skills with the additional focus on elements that encourage bone density and vestibular system development during years of peak development children and teens create a broad athletic foundation that serves as a base for kids and can carry them into other sports they may already be involved in and lastly, develop them into healthy happy fit human beings.

SAFETY

A strong emphasis is placed on technique and safety of movements and ensuring the athletes can demonstrate consistency before adding weight and intensity. Each class has a limited capacity so the coach can make sure each child is being attended to and carefully monitored/watched

 


FAQ

How to I setup a free trial?

Just click on the class in our schedule that you are interested in. If you are a new user create a username and password and once inside hit the "reserve" button. Classes are capped to ensure proper student/coach ratio. If the class is full you can opt to be put on a waiting list should a spot open. 

 

Do kids get obstacles too?

Yes! Our programming integrates obstacles designed for kids as well. We will have them pulling, throwing and jumping as well.
 

What are the differences in kids classes?

We cater our programming based on the age groups attention spans, strength and coordination. That's why the little ones have smaller classes because it's harder to keep them engaged as long.
