We have open gym time every day of the week as well as dedicated obstacle technique and practice sessions perfect for individuals, groups or corporate events. If you’ve just signed up for your first race and are wondering how to ramp up, our “Ropes, Rig and Walls” sessions are a perfect fit. Each session is two hours long and begin with a warm up followed by technique demonstration on the obstacles throughout the gym. Play time consists of attempting to overcome the obstacles at your leisure. Consult our events calendar and reserve your spot. For groups larger than 30 people or for private team sessions please contact us for reduced pricing and availability.

Practice makes perfect

A 10 pack is perfect for anyone who wants to come periodically and practice their obstacle technique during our 2 hour daily open gym times. They can also be used to check in to a CrossFit class. These sessions can be used towards ANY CrossFit , Open Gym or gymnastics specialty class. There are no restrictions or expiration dates.
