These workouts shorter rest periods with lighter weights (IE body weight). More repetitions at a much faster pace. you are burning fat at the same time as increasing lean muscle mass.
This 30min combination of rowing sprints, jump rope, running and body weight intervals will take your cardio to the NextLevel! Regardless if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced athlete, this endurance class is for you!

Increasing your endurance burns fat and also increases your performance and results in the other NextLevel classes. This class is all about stamina and cardio output.

Muscle burns fat
Get in shape “boot camp” style! Experience short bursts of intense, interval-training that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using Dumbbells, KettleBells, Medicine balls, or even the athlete's body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same! You will work to improve cardiovascular stamina, core and overall strength, & flexibility.

These classes incorporate heavier dumbbells, weighted bars, kettlebells etc. mixed in with bodyweight movements. There is a rest component for recovery for the next set while keeping your heart rate steady to burn fat while building muscle in tandem.
A high intensity whole body sweat-fest! We transition from exercise to exercise with little rest and combine movements to keep your heart rate up! Your whole body will be working overtime from top to bottom.....let the shred begin!
Rated: *Super high intensity
This class "work time" can be as long as 45 minutes non-stop. Incorporating body weight, and cardio at very light weights for extreme high repetitions. Bring a mop cause your going to need it. This class is cardio madness.

Next Level classes are recorded daily and added to our digital library. If you can't make it to the gym, no worries we've got you covered. Log into our app, pick from a pre-recorded NL Shred, Tone or Muscle class and turn up your speakers. Once you're done log your results to you can see your progression!
Note: It's ideal to have access to a pair of dumbbells, kettlebell, skipping rope, yoga mat & weighted Cardio Bar to perform all workouts in our library.

Every class programmed has an expected result. All our members have access to track their "results" in an app on their phone or at the touch screen in the reception. This allows you to "privately" track your progress over time. You'll notice within weeks of starting the changes in your body but our technology allows you to quantify your progress as well.
