One of the benefits of Coexiste is our approach to programming that gets you solid and sustainable results. Our classes are designed in a way that are not only fun but movements are lined up and timed so that you never get used to the workouts and your body never plateaus. You will run, row, jump, squat, do pushups, burps, setups and all sorts of exciting movements you've never done before. There's no gaining the weight back once the gimmick is gone. These classes are offered every morning and evening giving you all the benefits of crossFit without the intimidation of olympic bar work.

The quality in our coaching is one of our greatest prides. Each of our coaches has endured our lengthly intern process which has allowed us to be consistent in our delivery of programming regardless of the class time. From certifications in CrossFit, olympic weightlifting, and even kids the quality and level of attention you will get is better than you've ever seen in a gym. There are no egos here. Our coaching staff is approachable, patient, empathetic and passionate about your success. Your movements will be corrected, modified and scaled to ensure that you are getting the best workout for your time.
We also call it unexpected because there's no fun in doing the same thing every day and we need you to progress rather than plateau. That's also to say that we're known to step out of the ordinary and have a little fun in our classes. You will rarely do the same class twice unless you are doing a "benchmark" workout. Our proprietary benchmarks come in every once in a while so that you can track your progress since the last time you did that workout.
Every class programmed has an expected result. All our members have access to track their "results" in an app on their phone or at the touch screen in the reception. This allows you to "privately" track your progress over time. You'll notice within weeks of starting the changes in your body but our technology allows you to quantify your progress as well.

From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using Dumbbells, KettleBells, Medicine balls, or even the athlete's body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same! You will work to improve cardiovascular stamina, core and overall strength, & flexibility.
A high intensity whole body sweat-fest! We transition from exercise to exercise with little rest and combine movements to keep your heart rate up! Your whole body will be working overtime from top to bottom.....let the shred begin!
